So, I know many here have also been cancer victims and experienced first-hand the savagery of radiation and chemo treatment. This is my first experience with both. While I’m thankful there is a treatment that is potentially curative in my situation, I so wish DCVax was available to me at this time.

I just finished 6 weeks of chemo-radiation treatment and it is not fun. My skin is burning and blistering, my anal area is on fire and everything is like raw meat in color. They basically cooked my pelvic area to kill the cells. Now I start 4 months of IV chemotherapy. I’m hoping this is the worst of it right now, but that may be wishful thinking.

In any case, I’m thankful there is something, but man is this barbaric in this day and age. Praying for DCVax and any other treatment that is more effective and kind to the body, so that others don’t have to go through 6 months of hell to be cured.

That has always been one of my main motivations for staying invested here and now I know firsthand how important the mission truly is. And F___ anybody who is here trying to stop treatments like this from getting to market. You are the lowest of low, and you know who you are.
