I also have sent Emails, to at least let them be aware we are concerned to know what's goin on. Tho am wishing to hear back, doubt that will happen, but hoping for a PR to come out soon. It is indeed a very strange time. Still, I believe in ENZC's patents & that our Mgmt Team has integrity, is very responsible, & working hard to succeed. One way or the other, we'll find out what's next.

Strangely, I believe ENZC & SAGA are trying to work things out so this Deal will go thru, but are unsure themselves as to how all this will play out or be orchestrated, hence their silence.
The only other explanation for no PR's from ENZC is that CC, being the saavy attorney that he is, deems it best to keep quiet until things settle between SAGA & SEC/NASDAQ, so as not to get into a lawsuit directly with them. Or maybe the 2 Companies have some agreement for an NDA or waiting period for such a situation. The only thing we can do at this point is pray for the best and be patient.

Also, I do not believe the reason ENZC did this SPAC deal was to get on NASDAQ. ENZC did it because of needing funding to push their clinical trials/testing forward, and on to manufacturing of products for revenue. I believe CC exhausted all avenues of funding & probably reached the point of exasperation, so finally found this Deal as a way to get funding, to accomplish their goals to the finish line. Which has been to get their products on the market to save lives from deadly diseases like AIDS & COVID.

However, IF CC can get all the Patents approved, we stand a chance to do multiple Licensing Deals, which could start happening this year, which wojld also would bring us revenue, minus the headaches & expense of enduring clinical trials/testing & bringing products to market, etc.

We're in a good place, due to our valuable & unique Patents, which are the life-blood of any biomed co.

btw, i wouldn't expect GF to put a spin on this referenced document, as it says the outcome of it will be released in 4 Days. Best just to wait on that & not speak pre-maturely, which is how I believe GF regards this.
