Thanks I saw this filing , I was just asking did he have a spin on all this BS. Enzolytics should put something of substance out since SAGA is no longer on NASDAQ which was the main reason for the SPAC that only has 10m of the original 110m raised in the 1st public offering. Over 90% of that money has been returned by this PR in 2023. If nothing has changed then if they are let on OTC their value will not be 10 dollars any longer with only 10m to show as asset. If they still believe the deal is done then we are at the 6 month make whole for the shareholders no issuing of shares has happened nor will it. So again Enzolytics needs to release a PR explaining do you agree? I have decreased my holding from 4m to 2m for now and if nothing will decrease by 1m and will see how it goes. Put some money from here into RSPI RespireRx Pharmaceuticals Inc at least they have proof of what they are doing and look like a better play at this point. And yes I have sent multiple emails to the four emails for the 2 subs and the 2 parent companies with basic simple questions that have yet to respond and no I didn't think they would. GLTA
