They have invested many tens of millions of dollars. EVERYONE’s shares are restricted. Joe, Claudia, her brother, all their families shares are locked up. When the stock price goes to several dollars, they will want to sell some. If they launch now, they cannot.
They are waiting for the lock up to expire before launching the app.
