I believe the reason the app is not released is because all the insider shares are still restricted.

The share exchange took place on 12/12/22.
The lock up period is usually 1 year. Keep watch on OTC markets and look for the next TA update. When the shares move to “Held at DTC” the App will be released. IMO
The weakness in the share price right now is a gift.
