The share structure was updated yesterday. There were aprox. 762,000 shares added to the unrestricted from the restricted shares. Someone sold many of those shares a few days ago. The OS remained the same as did the shares held at the DTC.
https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BBUZ/security. I am wondering if the reason for the delay of the app is because management is waiting for restricted shares to become unrestricted thus increasing the float? Anyone know how we can find out when a company's restricted can turn into unrestricted?
