You dont totally disagree with me? There is nothing to disagree on what NWBO self said in their 10K and that is they are NOT able to sell DCVAXL which I have been saying for 2 years here OR train other third parties todo so. On your quote "we could seek assistance from a corporate partner or a third-party services firm with a large distribution system and a large direct sales force". You really should add to what they said about that next and not select sentences selectively.

we could seek assistance from a corporate partner or a third-party services firm with a large distribution system and a large direct sales force. However, since our DCVax products are living cell, immune therapy products, and these are a fundamentally new and different type of product than are on the market today, we would still have to train such partner’s or such services firm’s personnel about our products and would have to make changes in their distribution processes and systems to handle our products.

we would still have to train such partner’s. In other words that is neither a solution. The only solution these bright minds have now is to get acquired which they will.

And then about your "LP is too smart to have waited this long to just start thinking about distribution" . Well, she kinda did not think that far ahead did she now? " We may be unable to recruit and train effective sales and marketing forces or our own, or of a partner or a services firm, and/or doing so may be more costly and difficult than anticipated." No shit Sherlock. EVERYONE in the field of biotech could have told you (NWBO) that selling and marketing cancer drugs is very very expensive in both money and time. No DCVAXL does not just sell itself.
