TekMovil shareholder observing in real-time demonstrations..this logically answers why shareholders have until March 31 to make the decision that will affect the return on their investment based on what they are observing in real-time. What is the incentive of delaying the final payment? There absolutely is one otherwise that wouldn’t have been remaining in the difference between the MOU and completed SPA. I’m super excited to see what they decide to do. Is the incentive to delay the final so good or is what they are observing so good to allow final payment delay? Will find out soon enough.
