TekMovil is responsible for bringing Xiaomi to U.S. Markets..TPT owns controlling stake in this company to the extent of the completed SPA. The SPA was announced completed last September. The shareholders can opt to extend the last payment beyond March 31 but that does not delay what controlling stake TPT has completed going forward. Xiaomi offers smart devices for households independently functional outside of Xiaomi smartphones…meaning, you don’t have to have a Xiaomi phone to operate its other household devices. We could see VuMe branded household items powered by the supplychain TekMovil/Xiaomi offers at a global level, not just specific to region to region but connecting regions to regions. All this data is going to be a force going forward, this I have no doubt.
