Revance management was asleep at the wheel regarding their financial structure. No doubt the offering at $6.25 for $100M was reactive and needed, but management should have raised earlier or later out of strength…too many missteps… stock goes from $35 -$5 in 6 months! Jeez!

Revance sold shares in the $30's... and in a perfect world it would have sold another 3-4 million at $30, however, nobody knows the future and anyone can be a backseat driver in hindsight.

BTW, if you don't like Management, sell your shares and invest your funds somewhere else.
