Revance management was asleep at the wheel regarding their financial structure. No doubt the offering at $6.25 for $100M was reactive and needed, but management should have raised earlier or later out of strength…too many missteps… stock goes from $35 -$5 in 6 months! Jeez!

Management will get their bonus… while long term investors got the shaft!
