Amplification of vaccines made from same amount of tumor material increases the number of patients qualified for use and potentially longer term use if less tumor tissue can be utilized for making the vaccines. More patients qualifying for treatment is the goal and being able to utilize any significant amount of cells otherwise lost helps do this. Any additional improvement in purity improves signaling too.
