DCVax has achieved 98% purity with the traditional clean room process as Dr Bosch explained in his manufacturing talk at ASCO.

Flaskworks are a huge improvement required so we can meet global demand for multiple indications. Yet if we can run a large international PIII trial with clean room manufacturing then why can't additional smaller PI/II trials be launched using the same process? They can be done but whether or not that's acceptable for partners isn't clear at this time.
