I believe investors can read for themselves, they don't need your interpretation of what YOU think it means.

As it cleanly states in the Fourth Affirmative Defense Line 4 and in The Fifth Affirmative Defense Line 4 by the plaintiff "Therefore, the matter is not protectable as trade secret"



Yet the plaintiff then takes that same trade secret and protects it with a patent, proving it is protectable.

It doesn't matter what type a settlement might have been reach between both parties, it certainly appears as if the plaintiff LIED about the ability to protect the trade secret on a document ("Therefore the matter is not protectable as a trade secret") uses in a court case which looks like 2 courts of perjury.
