What they are saying is that the supposed "trade secret" they are accused of "stealing" is not a secret because everybody already knows about it and has known about it They also say it is commonly used in the feed industry. It's nothing new.

I believe the settlement they came too was that IFUS would call it (Nutri-Mastic) and that Absorbezz LLC, would call it Absorbezz
