First some technical info on engines that will help u understand the CERAMIC ROTARY ENGINE potential.
I'll follow that with the proposed business plan I read with numerous comments attached

The air-fuel ratio, or lambda number (?) determines the mass ratio of air and fuel in the combustion chamber, as it relates to the stoichiometric air-fuel ratio. When ideally balanced combustion conditions result in neither oxygen starvation nor excess.

Gasoline perfect combustion requires an air/fuel ratio of approximately 14.7:1 (by weight) under normal conditions. Thus a lean air/fuel ratio of, say, 16:1 would translate to a lambda value of 1.088

The stoichiometric mixture for a gasoline engine is the ideal ratio of air to fuel that burns all fuel with no excess air. For gasoline fuel, the stoichiometric air–fuel mixture is about 14.7:1 i.e. for every one gram of fuel, 14.7 grams of air are required.

A 29.4 : 1 Gasoline engine air / fuel ratio would be very LEAN, It would be !/2 the gasoline injected compared to a normal engines stoichiometric air-fuel ratio

Now consider this when lookin at the CERAMIC ROTARY ENGINE TECHNOLOGY AND POTENTIAL

Todays cars have CATALYTIC CONVERTERS in order 2 reduce exhaust emissions.
Up to 3 Cats r used to burn exhaust gases the engine did not properly burn. They do nothing for better engine performance. They are HIGH HEAT units designed to burn the WASTED FUEL.

The PATENTED CRE INC CERAMIC ROTARY ENGINE runs at a temp of around 900 C or 1652 degrees fahrenheit

Normal operating temperatures of a converter are 500-800°F, and up to 1200°F when the vehicle is under heavy load. To melt the catalytic converter's substrate, the temperature inside the converter would have to exceed 2000°F.

THE POTENTIAL BUSINESS PLAN FOR THE CORPS MILLER RUINED.

The plan involved the cleanup of 8 corps, That would be the removal of all existin fraud perp illegal executives, the elimination of the illegal debt they created and gettin each corp current.
The CERAMIC ROTARY ENGINE proposal involved 3 or4 corps. Each would have had all fraud executives removed, fraud debt and shares issued eliminated and shares back in treasury. Also each gettin current with filins.
A .01 or higher pps was expected for each corp involved after clean up
These corps would purchase 51% of the CRE INC technology. A shares for equity purchase.

It proposed a contract that required each corp to fund engine development at $15,000.00 per month for 12 to 18 months.
That would inject $60,000.00 per month into CRE INC to get an engine for a EV range extender EPA approved for sale worldwide
Once that milestone is met the corps would pay a negotiated balance with shares for a 51% ownership.
If the milestone was completed each corps pps would be expected to be at least .20 (they believed) possibly much higher and little dilution would be required to finalize the 51% purchase. A 10 million dollar purchase price was tossed out as a possibility less the development money injected.
There was a table that reflected less initial shares injected to ramp up development as those pps values should increase as positive results are published durin development.

Anyway you look at the DEAD FRIGGIN CORPS Miller and crew destroyed would be much better 4 investors and shareholders then the GHOST TOWN they r now.

I would think all but the PERPS Straymen posters would be delighted ta see this plan become a reality.
