I'm ignorant when it comes to appraising the decision criteria used by institutional investors such as Blackrock, State Street and their like. Do they invest in an Anavex because they figure we've got a 50-50 or better chance? Is it because of leadership with whom they presumably talked? Or do they just have so much $$ leverage and will make so much if they hit paydirt with every 20th investment that success likelihood is not a first level consideration? Just curious if anybody has insight on this component of investor.
