First off: whether a insider sold is irrelevant to the spoofing case.

Second, this is a small pre-revenue biotech. Upon approval the SP will be much higher than it is now. Period. I know people on this board claim milestones dont matter with NW, but they will - upon approval. None of this is baked into the cake, yet, but will be in all due time. NWBO is acting just like any other small, pre-rev biotech where IPO or cash raises weren't facilitated by Wall Street. You sound new to all this. Maybe a SP 500 or NAS ETF is more up your alley??
