LOL....ok. Now I feel a bit better.

I pay 4 bucks a bag for garbage pick up,
with recycling free.

Property taxes are what drive me nuts.
Last year was $5,300.00 and it's gonna go up again.

Buying quality stocks is the best get-rich-slow scheme. It’s not sexy as a get-rich-quick scheme,
but the probabilities of success are greater.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
