Sorry $250 a month or $3000 a year. Mind you my HVAC is forced hot air and in the summer the condenser is running a lot to cool the house. Trash and recycle pick up are included. It's a municipal utility company combine with other cities. And we're surrounded by Duke Power.

My gas bill is next to nothing in the summer since it's only for hot water, but in the winter it spikes. I'm on an equal payment plan for the entire year that way I get no surprises in December and January.

The people not on a EPP complain every December about their bills. lol.
