I'm tracking with you, but if you are that averse to risk you probably don't invest in Coretec from the outset. Another consideration is that when Armistice invested, Coretec was promising to commercialize CHS and "Endurion" was a sideline that had not yet been initialized. It could be that Armistice is now trying to get something back from investing in a company that has veered hard away from the original business plan. Also consider that when Armistice jumped in, the stock was above 20 cents, making those 8 cent warrants attractive. At 2 cents not so much.
