I understood from the long read if you have outstanding warrants you can't be sure one way or the other where this future news will push the price so you can dump and break even or risk loss. If you understand how risk adverse some companies are you can understand the counterintuitive act of selling before a major announcement. I was high level military and it would drive me insane how groups would make STUPID decisions EVEN THOUGH all the individuals involved understood the risk was low with high probabilityof success. The group members just didn't want to be responsible IN CASE it went south so they advised against risk of any kind. I'm waiting for what CRTG has to say and only then will we know what is what for sure. Everything else is tea leaves.
