The law? Come on. You laugh at the “law” when it comes to ASMs and the OTC and you know about all the abuses that go on hiding behind forward looking statements and the courts upholding the right of CEOs to do so. Those that advise NWBO on their moves know the law too and they know what can and can’t be done without getting into trouble.
I shared the experience I saw happen with VICL years ago and the court siding with the CEO. Got to love your feigned love for “law” enforcement when it comes to projecting a certain image of THIS company. Where is your great outcry about the high speed trading with dark pools and spoofing and those who have already admitted they do it and claiming they should be allowed to continue to do so?; ). This is OTC biotech and almost Old Dodge City from the Old Wild West. Like one of our longs reminds constantly, believe carefully. Now give me a break, Kit Kat type please; ). Best wishes.
