I felt like March might be the time for NWBO to announce an ASM based on progress with submission by that time but if still in progress they may be advised to avoid a meeting and any possibility of saying something they shouldn’t.


WOW. So now US public companies should violate the law based on somebody possibly saying something wrong.

This is so pathetic it is a joke. Even worse than your assertions they were right to lie about trial status for years because if they did not they could not get retail to buy in.

Why not just say they should cancel shares and run the company as private to insure no interference?
