10% of which would cost you $96k.

you quote 7-figure wealth.
if this is truly the most compelling setup in the OTC,
and you were willing to file with sec as beneficial owner to buy that much,
then betting less than a tenth of your capital seems reasonable?

i def grok the concern that your money might be stuck for years, not weeks.

but if you're not worried about the price dropping post-RS
then you could always unload some MIKP later
if more compelling trades arose elsewhere?

i won't press the issue beyond that.
