Not getting a PD trial nearly finished by now hurting the Company

It's unfortunate for the patients but AVXL needs to abandon Retts at this time and focus on AD in EUA assuming there is a there there. Without progress in AD over the next year, AVXL will likely cease to be a going concern. It's crunch survival time now.
