Yes it is a longshot without an additional longer larger trial, which of course also comes with challenges for patients and families to enroll in and go through.

It's unfortunate for the patients but AVXL needs to abandon Retts at this time and focus on AD in EUA assuming there is a there there. Without progress in AD over the next year, AVXL will likely cease to be a going concern. It's crunch survival time now.
