You mean we $ENZC'ers won't know anything til at least 1/19/24, i.e., as to whether or not $ENZC will still be able to do this SPAC Deal?, per this particular Deal's Rules of Engagement (i.e., non-compliance with the dates of its monthly extension deadlines~ i.e., the GLD Lawsuit), besides SAGA's non-compliance with SEC Regs.

I thought someone here said CC could pull out at end of this month, if SAGA hasn't complied with "this n that" by then, presumably per SEC Regs & per the Lawsuit.
