Apparently, somebody at SAGA thinks they can at least solve their legal issues and if they didn't think they can also deal with the NASDAQ issues, why bother. (Maybe this plan will change with more time to think about and assess the situation. Just a thought.) They asked and the judge granted an extension of time to respond to the lawsuit to 1/19/24. Are they trying to keep ENZC or is ENZC trying to stay in? Time will tell.
