Do you think the SEC will help them. ? The SEC wanted DBMM to go away. They created this mess. My guess is the SEC is holding up the application for the Venture market uplist. Remember it took 2 1/2 years to dismiss a Petition of Review. The SEC did not want the lawsuits. They gave 42 companies free trading status because of probable litigation, not based on company compliance. It was like putting someone in the middle of the desert with a few bottles of water and telling them to walk out to survive. DBMM has survived, but resources drained. They have limited revenue, no profits, and outstanding debt. I do not worry about the debt. Most companies have debt especially on the OTC . Debt can be deferred to the future. My suggestions ; Start picking up new accounts. Hire more employees. Increase revenue quarter to quarter. Look for a merger partner. Good luck to all !!!
