I wouldn't go so far as to believe this hit piece in particular would have any impact on the court case or the MAA. It's one paper, which did more to hurt the author's credibility at best. The paper certainly earned the author an impeding rebuttal. Think about this objectively for a moment. Reardon is sleeping on the fact, that a layperson's email found a major screwup. We're not talking Reuters - Fact-Check - NPR gun-slinging corrections here, but actual verifiable data. Was he made aware of the others, I don't know? We've heard how disrespectful he was perhaps, for not reaching out to LL first. But let's set that aside. What do we have so far, 3 or 4 lies?

If his errors weren't bad enough, he's now looking down the barrel of a gun held by his peers. I see it all the time cough cough, big EGOES are a weakness, and a major character flaw IMHO.
