Why the hit article was timed when it was.

I don’t want people to miss why the Thanksgiving SNO Hit article (by Chen/Ling/Readon/Chiocca) with three provable lies, one mislabeled statement making a fourth lie and of course, complete lack of objectivity and numerous professional conflicts was timed when it was.

1. The Defendant Citadel et al Motion to Dismiss is before the NY Federal Court.

2. DCVax-l is about to be submitted to MHRA for marketing approval.

The obvious goal of the SNO attack is to try and besmirch NWBO/UCLA character and science by attacking them with lies, deceit and unprofessional characterizations. The assailants obviously hope they can influence the Court and Regulators through these sleazy tactics at a time decisions will be made.

There is no question, imo, that the transparent lies yet viscous attacks in the SNO paper are directly linked to some bear arguments on this ihub board.

This was a childlike hit job given a bully pulpit via Neuro-Oncology’s inability to edit their own, and instead recommended a paper that should be in the trash.

I sincerely hope the proper authorities are up to the task of stopping these highly unprofessional attacks.

Over the years, most bears here told us again and again there would be no filing for marketing approval, now we know the lengths they were/are willing to go to stop such scientific and therapeutic progress.

I hope and trust Courts and Regulators will not be influenced by the juvenile lies in the SNO attack article.

Les was right, the attacks by opposition became more brazen the closer DCVax-l came to an approval decision.

The interesting thing is, the attacks needed to rely upon lies in order to say anything damaging at all.
