Digdeeper17, you may be correct in your rather grim assessment of HDC's future, however, IF the settlement contract with Intel (which no outsider has seen) stipulates more than the mere $2.25 million, and IF Mr. Fromholzer was alluding to actual facts which he was aware of, and not just spouting conjecture or hyperbole, in his rather optimistic parting remarks, and IF Mr. McGovern did not leave behind a wife, but an ex-wife, then your story starts to lose a little luster. Another pertinent fact to be considered is that the family and friends of George McGovern are loaded with shares of company stock. I just don't see them being left to fall through the cracks. JMHO.
