Spot on Sir Charles. It just defies logic. I'm not saying the company is suddenly going to flourish, although with a large settlement, they could. But I am saying their is more to the settlement that is more in line with reality.
The Retired directors statements are standard everythings ok im not going away mad statements in my opinion .. Compared to Martys scathing exit ... You didnt answer my one question .. Who testifies in Court ? Saying its a Ex-Wife only increases the luster .. She surely has no interest .. In my research years ago it showed the loser would pay the legal bill .. With no "loser" .. They still need to be paid .. How much of 2 mill do they get after a couple years fight against intel ? My guess is most .. Whats left is to buy a broom to sweep out the office on the way out .. If the Case had gone forward I believe even if they were on contingency.. The plaintiff still pays certain costs including filing fees and expert witnesses... Once again .. who would they be for HDVY ? How would they be paid ? There is no $$ .. There hasnt been according to Marty .. Far as friends and family as shareholders go .. They can't say nobody tried ... This could have been over years ago .. If the Case went forward but HDVY was "dropped" off the Expert market in December or January .. effectively shutting the companys doors for them .. Where would shareholders be ?
