I dont think some here get the big picture ...
The "Company" was going down for the 3rd time ..
There is no future if you can only get 2 million from the biggest offender
"loans" were given that give control to a precious few in the companys demise..
Fast-forward ..
Company has to have been Out of $$ for many months ..
Now the Main player is gone ..
Leaving ...
A Wife ..
a Daughter with her own gig ..
And i believe now 1 board member ..
Rumor is at least one of them cant make decisions due to mental conditions..
IF HDVY were to have gone to Court next year .. who would have testified ?
My thoughts are the Family said throw in the towel ...
This was dads Gig and were moving on ....
