Captain; well written letter, bravo. I don’t know if you caught a slight grammatical mistake. On the 2nd page, 3rd paragraph starting with In July 2023… you forgot to add; Tricare would “no” longer cover Vascepa.
Your correct, without seeing the original PA letter you wouldn’t know what was said in that letter? It sounds like your Physician needs to be educated as well?
