That is pretty funny to read people's posts when they are upset. Looks a little like the ABOB board. Let's look at this, shall we?
1) How many products did you praise in writing that you were HAPPY with? For most people this is zero.
2) Some people will never be happy.
3) The majority of these are using old software or failed to download patches - something they do with their other software regularly
4) MS Works? Who uses MS Works except some cheap-ass - this is not a corporate user Wave is interested in.
5) "thinking of pursuing legal action" ... this is the funniest thing I've read in a long time! ROFLMAO! This fool is so dumb, he thinks that posting this will get him help? Legal action results in nothing unless you have damages that can be proven. So accessing RAM memory in a PC caused him to lose significant business??? LOL Sheesh. Some people...

Name a product, any product, and I will find you a messageboard, or comment area, or review page somewhere on the net that shows people hate it. No product has a 100% success ratio. This is true for ANY PRODUCT!
On top of that, with 10s of millions of ETS shipped, I think a few people will post they hate it. For all we know, this may be Bluefang writing this stuff on the Dell forum!
