which mark also promised wouldn't happen
a few months before it happened:

mark diluted soon after the RS
and obviously bumped the AS again, now at 5b.

to be fair,
there was "ft wayne mafia" toxic convertible debt involved back then.
which is no longer a direct influence on MIKP.

but mark did sign new convertible debt this summer,
which comes due feb 8th, 2024:
