per the filing, the AS will be 500m post-RS,
thus my earlier posts noting (AS / OS) ratio
would be increasing 5x if mark enacts this split.

of course, the filing also incorrectly cites "4.45m" post-RS OS
vs the actual 47m of current OS divided by 50.

so maybe mark just typo'd the most important numbers in the filing?
