sky, i don't have PM anymore.
i def think it's good for mark to hear
from as many of us as possible.

i already wrote him a couple times,
detailing what i expect to play out
if he goes thru with the RS.

perhaps the more people he hears it from
the more the reality will sink in?

as for the action plans you mention,
imo, go with your gut on that.
there are plenty of negative consequences of the RS for all,
including mark.

hopefully mark will recognize that
and do the right thing here.
for both shareholders, and himself.

time will tell.
