SPM, i've been doing this since the mid-90s, a decade longer than you,
and i've seen countless pink reverse splits, which all had the same post-RS effect,
a sell-off after the RS enacts unless there was something very compelling
to justify the post-RS market cap.

nutshell, imo, buying now, even at 0001,
you are betting that mark will release news that justifies a $240k market cap
without any tangible production of film assets underway,
as there is no way he will sign a director, scout locations, cast a film, hire a crew, and start filming
within the next 3 weeks.

*and* that mark won't dilute post-RS into the new 10x AS/OS ratio
versus the current 2x AS/OS ratio.

note the history of mark's RS in 2011,
after which he rapidly diluted back to AS limit.
to be fair, he was still beholden to toxic funding in 2011,
which is theoretically gone now.

but it doesn't matter whether you believe mark has changed his stripes.
it only matters what a critical mass of other traders think.
and it seems likely that most will assume rapid dilution post-RS
because that's the typical modus operandi of pink RS mechanics,
as you know from your own pink trading the past 17 years.

all that combined seems a very low probability bet to me.
i'll leave it at that.
