could be……the take it private transaction becomes more relevant when the share price is at $.85….when companies are poorly managed, their stock price goes into the toilet…the company then gets taken over…the acquirer is often viewed as a savior…Denner or whoever merely makes a bid…it’s up to the shareholder to agree…with the stock price off the screens of Wall Street, I think you might be surprised at how many shareholders would welcome a premium bid…it’s how free market capitalism works….what i’m suggesting is that if you want to stay in the stock, get your average price down….
