Johnniegalen, You have brought this up before, back in April.
I do not believe such an offer would be able to get the approval
of shareholders required. Nor do I believe that Denner would
operate in that way. My speculation is that Denner has a plan
that will end with a BP BO. If there really is a version of Vascepa
that it has developed which could be absorbed by the lymphatic
system (and thus be better absorbed to treat the lungs, brain,
and CV system) if patentable for the US & ROW, it would be a
real game changer for a BP who would buy AMRN to bring
such a product to market. (If indeed it exists.)
