That 4.5B value was created in the discord using bad math. It was assuming that 450million dollars were going to be raised by SAGA, and then given to ENZC.
That would make the Founding shareholders of SAGA(who would own 10% of shares for 450million bucks) need to get to 4.5B MC just to break even.
