Correct, but we have to figure in the current OS (pre-deal) which is roughly 5M shares, so the resulting OS after the 45M are added is 50M shares, of which 45M are going to ENZC.

Where are you getting $4.5B from? My understanding is that it is $450M as well, but that $450M and/or 45M shares, will only be 90% of the resulting OS.

As far as I understand it is 450 million ---- 45 M shares @ 10 /share. There is no 10% of the company associated specifically with 450 million
