The DC+Poly arm showed a 27 month in the 5 GBM patients. None lived 5 years, And this is with a large percent of IDH mutant (which live longer)

Look at page 8 of the article:

65 % (n=15) had diagnoses of IDH wild type glioblastoma (WHO Grade IV), while 35 % (n=8) of the patients had a diagnosis of IDH mutant malignant glioma (WHO Grade III).

IDH mutations were observed in 35% (n=8, all grade III)

So ALL (100%) of the GBM patients in the trial were IDH wild type, WHICH LIVE SHORTER.


I also recommend you to review the new definition of GBM that doesn't include IDH mutant patients.

You need to inform yourself better.
