The shorts seem to be wanting to mount a campaign against longs during the interim wait between submission and approval. As long as longs keep shares locked up their attempt will not have the legs they need to do this effectively. My question is whether or not the new judge in the spoofing case gives shorts new confidence because of hidden ties. I would really like to know what factors caused the change in judges and any potential ties back to the spoofers or any staunch supporters of same. Just too much on the line not to ask these questions. Best wishes.
