Do you really believe that Xeriant is at fault for the XTI merger not being complete? -- Yes. There was going to be a merger, and a big board uplist. Rumors, smart ones, reporter ones, were regularly dropped about $100 Million dollar Maxim funding. so, Yes!

Indeed there might be issues with(employees) but without reviewing the books I couldn’t tell you. -- One employee. The CEO. Everyone else at Xeriant they are independent, including the CEO.
