Here is what I was told. No more LOI’s will be announced only definitive agreements that an 8K can be filed. Do you really believe that Xeriant is at fault for the XTI merger not being complete? I think we hear something soon on this matter and you will change your opinion. Some of the other issue you brought up I can’t confirm but I there’s have been addressed. Indeed there might be issues with(employees) but without reviewing the books I couldn’t tell you.
