The court proceedings after that dividend paid out suggest financial turmoil within CRGP. Various creditors, outstanding judgements, and general unresponsiveness aren't proof of great financial standing.

You are right, I don't think they a legitimate company would sell assets without shareholders approval. But as I've stated before I don't believe that the past actions of CRGP have been legitimate. The current and past management are a mystery, and can not be held accountable. So it's anything goes at this point.

It might start trading again, I may never trade again.
